Wheat or tares?
He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him. John 7.18
To the naked eye, pastors, bishops, wives, and assistants are all servants of God, working to grow their ministry and win souls. But, how do we know who is seeking his own glory and who is seeking the glory of the One who sent him?
The answer is in the same verse:
…and no unrighteousness is in him. John 7.18
We can be successful in everything we do for our ministry, but when we live in unrighteousness (sin), we are deceiving others and, above all, ourselves. This is where we can detect the tares (deceiver).
And, when it comes to tares, the worst thing that can happen to him is for the Lord to allow him to grow among the wheat until the harvest, because when the time comes there will be no Salvation for him.
If only he recognized he was a tare and repented, without a doubt, the Lord would transform him into wheat, but he is taking long strides towards the GREAT SEPARATION OF THE HARVEST:
First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them… Matthew 13.30
He will be burned in the eternal fire.
ATTENTION!
If you acknowledge that you are a tare, it is still possible to repent and ask the Lord Jesus to transform you (be born again); otherwise you will continue to “grow” among the wheat, but the wheat will be gathered into the barn of God (heaven), and the tares will be tied in bundles to burn in hell. MERCY!!!
