Bishop, I have overcome many battles and persecutions, in all the areas of my life. I have been tested – and, thankfully, passed.

Of all the trials, the one I’m going through now is the greatest.

I have been married for 33 years and have five children. I am of God and have served Him every day as if it were the first, 13 years ago.

My husband has always accepted my conversion and my JESUS.

On 04/03/13, as I was on my way to Church, he called me and said for me to leave the UCKG and go to another church. If I accepted, he would go with me and start serving my Lord.

But the catch was that I had to leave the Universal Church.

Because JESUS is my greatest treasure, I told him that I would rather get a divorce than stop serving my LORD JESUS in the UCKG, where I found what I had been looking for: my greatest treasure, which is my Salvation. It was also at the Universal Church where I made a covenant with God, to serve Him until the last day of my life.

He said, “okay”, that I was choosing the Church instead of a 33-year marriage.

I replied that the LORD JESUS comes first in my life, and my commitment is with JESUS, and I would make any sacrifice for JESUS.

Later this month, I will be signing my divorce papers.

I told him that there is only one way for us to get married again: he must convert, and serve JESUS as an assistant at the Universal Church. Then we will get married again. But until this happens, we will remain divorced and separated.

My wall is built upon the Rock, which is JESUS.

A SERVANT’S DIGNITY

While MANY EXCHANGE their faith in the Lord for a vulgar love, FEW sacrifice the force of a marriage because of their loyalty, faith and love for the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is like He says, “He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.” Matthew 10.37-39
