Unbelievable
One year ago, Daisy Guerra, 52, arrived at the Universal Church in Hong Kong, China, with her girlfriend. Today, they are both delivered and completely transformed. This is what Daisy said after putting on a dress for the first time:
“I was empty inside and very emotional. I cried easily. I was a lesbian for 40 years. From a young age, I fought against those feelings, that way of being, because I did not want to be that person. But I did not find the strength to change. Homosexuality has been present for generations in my family, both on my father and mother’s side. I had a serious relationship with about seven different women and, in an attempt to please them, spent a lot of money, which eventually led me to terrible financial difficulties.
I came to the Universal Church for the first time on November 8, 2015. My friend invited me to a meetings and I felt something different, something I had never felt before. From that day on, I never stopped attending, even when difficulties arise to try to stop me from going.
Through the meetings, God spoke to me strong. I wanted to receive more and more of the Living God the Pastor spoke so much about. I decided to surrender myself to Him completely, to sacrifice my life and the desires of the flesh to receive this new life that only He could give me.
Then, on February 28 of this year, I decided to get baptized in water and turn my back completely to my past. Since then, a revolution began to take place inside me. I had the strength to forgive those who had offended me, I was able to practice self-control and now I have joy, peace and a great desire to serve God.
Recently, I was baptized with the Holy Spirit, and now my greatest desire is to win souls! I want God to count on me to help and inspire as many people as possible through the experience I had with Him. I made drastic changes to my appearance as well. Today, I want my exterior to reflect the change that has taken place in me. In the beginning it was difficult, because all my life I dressed like a man, but every day I am learning and liking what I see…
Only God has the power to completely transform my life, but He did not do it alone, I had to do my part too by sacrificing my will. Today, I am a new person! I know that many struggles are yet to come, but I am absolutely certain that with Him in me nothing will stop me!”
The message written in Tagalog on the photo says, “I will only love you, you are my only love, forever in my heart. No one can change you…”
But God changed them both!
