Two doors
Many say they have don’t have the faith to obey, but they have the faith (courage) to disobey. They do not have faith (courage) to do what is right, but they have faith (courage) to do what is wrong.
Knowing humanity well, the Most High, in a just and perfect way, placed the blessing and the curse in each person’s hands. So each one has the power to choose good or evil, without depending on anyone, precisely so he has no way of blaming anyone else for his problems.
Even if the person is a result of rape, and grew up in a broken home, as an adult, he is aware of what is right and wrong, just or unjust. In this case, he is the only one that can choose the blessing or curse.
The path to blessings is the way of justice, of righteousness, of discipline, and of God. It is a painful and challenging road because it is contrary to most of this world. The Lord Jesus taught and commanded:
Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are fewwho find it. Matthew 7.14
But the wrong path is the easiest. The person does not have to sacrifice their will. Easy money, easy life, everything is very easy. But the Lord also warns:
…for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are manywho go in by it. Matthew 7.13
It is important to note two specific words the Lord says: fewand many. This is, while few choose the difficult way, which is the way of sacrifice, to live in the discipline of the Word of God (the blessing), many do not give up the easy way that hell makes available (curse).
Pay attention to this question and answer it: Have you been brave (faith) to obey the Word of God and a coward (fear, doubt) to disobey your heart’s desires or have you been a coward (fear, doubt) to obey the Word of God and courageous (faith) to follow the desires of the heart?
The sincere always find a place for repentance and salvation.
