Turning weaknesses into strengths

Imagem de capa - Turning weaknesses into strengths

Since the devil cannot touch us, how does he work?

A: With our weaknesses.

He knows that he can no longer touch us, because we have been set free, but this isn’t reason enough for him to give up on us. He tries to destroy us through our weaknesses.

He knows our weaknesses very well. If your weakness is:

Bad eyes, that is where he will work;

Indecisiveness, that is where he will work;

Constantly professing words of defeat, that is where he will work;

Sex, that is where he will work;

Pride, that is where he will work;

Being oversensitive, he will create situations.

This is how demons manage to touch and destroy those who were once delivered, but were not strengthened by the Holy Spirit, because they ignored their weaknesses.

Check if this isn’t true.

And God, how does He work?

A: He also works with our weaknesses, but to strengthen us. This is why it is written that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness.

He knows our weaknesses very well and Reveals them to us so that we can seek Him with hunger:

If your weakness is bad eyes, He will work so that you have good eyes;

If your weakness is being indecisive, He will work so that you become definite;

If your weakness is professing words of defeat, He will work so that you begin professing words of life, victory and conquests;

If your weakness is sex, He will work to make you pure and one day you will get married and have His blessing to enjoy sex in holy matrimony;

If your weakness is pride, He will work to make you humble;

If your weakness is being oversensitive, He will work to make you rational, strong.

This is how the Holy Spirit transformed and strengthened the sincere and humble, who fervently sought Him during the Fast of Daniel. They do not ignore their weaknesses; instead, they allowed the Holy Spirit to strengthen them.

Both God and the devil work with our weaknesses.

You are the only one with the authority to allow One or the other to work in your life.

And He said to me, “My grace (the Holy Spirit) is sufficient for you, for My strength (to receive the Holy Spirit) is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12.9
