Researchers have concluded that what destroys the human brain the most is not age, or what you eat. It is not because of diseases or a lack of physical activity. “WHAT DESTROYS THE HUMAN BRAIN THE MOST IS THE LACK OF USE.”

Today, intelligent businesses have realized that it is not profitable to only rely on employees from the neck down. If a small team of thinkers is capable of revolutionizing a company, imagine if they could count on the mind of every employee!
That’s right, they have realized this, and are beginning to encourage, and even require, their employees think.

A major multinational placed a sign with the word THINK! on all of their employee’s office desks (people who they consider with a high-IQ). A car factory in Sao Paulo-Brazil gave one of their employee’s a brand new car just because he gave them an idea that reduced the assembly time of a vehicle by 3 seconds.

What I mean is that soon, other companies will copy this new standard of excellence, to become innovative and competitive, and shortly, employee’s, who do not use their minds, will no longer have space in the market place.
