The Greatest Virtue is Being a New Creature

How many people will do anything to belong to a wealthy family? Imagine belonging to God's family!

How many people are concerned about being this or that – being talented and pleasing others? In their concern, they end up setting aside the greatest virtue of all: BEING A NEW CREATURE.

“For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.” Galatians 6:15

And how do I become a new creation?

The Lord Jesus made this clear in His teachings to Nicodemus.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God… You must be born again.”  John 3:5; 7

Regardless of the place a person was born or the upbringing they had, by being born of the water and of the Holy Spirit, they become a member of God’s family. THIS IS VERY STRONG!

How many people will do everything to belong to a wealthy family? Imagine belonging to God’s family!

“For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.” Ephesians 2:18-19

Through the Holy Spirit, who receives all those who become new creatures, we become one in Christ and with the Father.

The Lord Jesus expressed this desire in the intercessory prayer:

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us.” John 17:20-21

To all those who now believe in this announcement made by the word, may they also be made new creatures and enter God’s family.
