The Devil's Strategy

Imagem de capa - The Devil's Strategy

Good afternoon Bishop!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I was watching the livestream you did with Bishop Gonçalves, and God reminded me of what I read in His word a few days ago.

The word of God will never be unfulfilled in a prophet’s life.

“Then they said, “Come and let us devise plans against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come and let us attack him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.” Give heed to me, O Lord, and listen to the voice of those who contend with me!” (Jeremiah 18: 18-19)

The devil’s strategy was precisely to make the people of that nation look at Jeremiah with evil eyes, speak negatively about him, criticise and not listen to him.

The devil knew that because Jeremiah was of God, his words would have His authority. Consequently, the people would be set free, healed, become prosperous, have a united home, but mainly, they would be SAVED.

However, once they looked at Jeremiah with bad eyes, they would be lost.

The same has happened with the church in Angola and with Bishop Gonçalves. They have wounded Bishop with their tongues, and motivated by the devil, they have agreed to refuse to listen to his words.

But just as Jeremiah trusted God, prayed, and overcame, the church has been doing the same and we will overcome!

One more victory!

It will breakthrough!

May God bless you and your family, Bishop.
