The devil doesn’t stop trying

For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil. Genesis 3.5

The devil wanted to be like God. He didn’t accept the privilege of serving Him, even though he was in a prominent position among the other angels.

There, in the Garden of Eden, he found a way to talk to Eve.

So, it doesn’t matter if a person is in church, has a title or is old, he will find a way to speak to him, and he’ll use the least expected person to do it. Imagine a snake speaking!

He wanted to put in man, and he managed to do so, what was inside him: disobedience, rebellion, aspiring to be like God.

When man does not obey God’s command, he doesn’t want to serve Him, he lives an independent life, feeling like he owns everything and makes all the decisions, even though he is unaware, or does not understand, but he is doing exactly what the devil wants: wanting to be equal to God.

However, when he decides to serve Him, obey Him, with all his strength, all his soul, everything, 100%, then, the Holy Spirit comes and seals this servant, who is now much more glorious, because paradise dwells within him.

The devil does not stop trying. It doesn’t matter if it’s a bishop, pastor, assistant or member; the devil wants to see the person doing the same thing he did.

Don’t be surprised if you see someone, who was on the Altar, fallen.

The devil fell in heaven, and Adam and Eve in paradise.

Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation… Matthew 26.41
