Good afternoon, Bishop. I was a member of the church for twelve years, but had been away for almost one year. I went to your book release in Manaus last Thursday. I read the book in 3 days and your testimony of faith in this wonderful work brought me back to the church, from where I should never have turned away. I admire your life story, perseverance and determination even more, and the work of the Universal Church that rescues and saves lives for JESUS! All the honor and glory to God for giving me one more chance, through the words in this book!

Bishop, I want to apologize to you because, before reading your book, I thought you were what everyone says about you. I must confess that I read the book in two days, with a lump in my throat and an aching heart. I asked God for forgiveness for having such malice against you and thanked Him for your life and the privilege of having access to the teachings of God through you. Bishop, thank you for everything, and please forgive me for my ignorance.

Bishop, through this book, you have been saving souls like a “chain reaction”, literally! Today, I went to evangelize with this week’s church newspaper, which announced your book release in a prison in Sao Paulo. I met a young man that was evangelizing with the group, who had received the same newspaper a few days before, and had been addicted to crack for 10 years. He explained that he was so thrilled while reading the newspaper with the bishop’s article, that he ignored the drug dealers that passed by offering him crack. Afterwards, he realized what was happening in his life, and decided to go to church and get baptized. How wonderful! A book. An article in the newspaper. A person that was used by God to deliver a newspaper. And a soul that was won for the Lord Jesus! Hallelujah!

Every time I read stories like this one, tears begin to roll down my face. What God and the UCKG have been doing, through their leader Bishop Macedo, is very strong. I believe that he is a great man, used by God, Himself. I was once miserable, unhappy, destroyed, starving, addicted, etc., like all who come to the UCKG. But, God delivered me from that life of hell. Today, thank God, I have peace, joy, an abundant life and a blessed marriage.

May God bless Bishop Macedo and his entire family for many, many years. And may The Universal Church continue opening many more doors for all those who are disheartened and in the hands of the devil. May God bless everyone, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

First, the book release for the inmates, and now the indigenous people.
It’s just another slap in the face of those who criticize Bishop Macedo and the UCKG.
Why is the UCKG so dedicated in reaching out to the Amazonian Indians with the book Nothing to Lose?
What could they possibly be interested in, if not preaching Christ’s salvation?
I hope that Bishop Macedo’s enemies stop and think.
This letter needs to be spread throughout the world.

Good morning, Bishop. I am an assistant here in Uberlandia – Minas Gerais. I am part of the prison outreach ministry. After reading that assistant’s message from Manaus, the blood in my veins boiled, because I love to win souls for Jesus! And now I’m going to triple my strengths to do this work, and remove the souls pull that are suffering out of the claws of the devil. May God bless you.
