Silver Sages of the House of God

Whatever I write about here is entirely my responsibility.

I am about to turn 84 years old. But this is not a farewell, because I am going to stick around until God says so and I will persevere until the end.

But I thought I’d thank all the bishops, pastors, assistants and pastors’ wives that passed through the Churches I’ve attended: Duque of Terceira, Cedofeita, Vale Formoso and the Cenacle in Porto (Portugal).

Thank you for your teachings, affection and the most precious thing you gave me: guiding me to an encounter with my Lord Jesus, who lives in my heart.

However, many also taught me the Word of God but today, they are no longer with us – which saddens me very much. On June 3, we are going to have the “Day of Redemption” for those who were once among us.

I remember that many years ago, I’m not sure exactly how many, maybe 19 or 20, Bishop José Carlos was here. During a meeting, he said something that I will never forget: “If one day I leave, for any reason whatsoever, even if it’s to open another church, do not go with me. Because if I do, I’m not spiritually well.” This was more or less what he said…

This reminds me of those who are no longer with us – bishops, pastors, auxiliary pastors, assistants, members – all of them ARE NOT WELL!

I am going to say something strong: get rid of that pride, be humble and come back! God is here with open arms to receive you, but first He wants to see you repent. Do not bite the hand of the One who gave you the Bread of Life. Spiritually speaking, I am nothing, I am very small, but God knows I’m being honest.

I have met great men of God who are no longer part of the Church, they are now preaching in other churches, but this is where they learned how to obey the Word of God. Wasn’t it? You shouldn’t want to be like Lucifer, who caused a rebellion in heaven because he wanted to go over God, and God cast him out. Come back while Jesus can still be found.

Forgive me, but I want to see you saved. Don’t let Jesus’ sacrifice for your soul be in vain.

A sincere hug, even for those who do not like what I am saying.

You have a month to think about it…
