The Meier gazebo, Rio de Janeiro
This is where it all began
A simple and modest scenario, the birthplace of the largest movement of faith in Brazil
The messages of faith called the attention of passersby
Every day the number of believers increased
The gazebo was small, but the faith to establish a church was big
The first official Universal Church temple was inaugurated in this funeral home
What was once a place of mourning became the joy of new birth
From the Meier Garden to Brazil
From the old funeral home to the world
Today, the Universal Church is present in nearly 200 countries
Packed meetings in the United States
And many miles away, in Japan
In England, the old continent
At a riverside community in the heart of the Amazon
Here, access is only possible through a dirt road
But these difficulties do not matter
The message of faith and hope reaches all places
In South Africa, the Universal Church has been opened for 20 years
But the help goes beyond the walls of the temple and into hospitals
Sick children receive prayers and positive messages
A simple gesture makes all the difference
This special work helps change the lives of underprivileged children in Mozambique
Here, assistants of the Universal Church donate toys, food and kindness to those who do not know what this is
India, a country with over 1 billion people
And 30 million gods
Here, it is dangerous to be a Christian
Yet the pastors of the Universal Church baptize people in water
From the capitals of first world countries to African tribes
From the river communities of the Amazon to the northeastern backlands
The New Canaan Farm, maintained by the Universal Church’s Resoar Institute, is an oasis in a drought-stricken land
Here, 600 children receive food, medical care and an education
Care that also inspires the work of the Universal Church in prisons throughout the country
A place where the only weapon allowed is the Word of God
But what kind of faith is this that withstands any adversity?
A faith that moves mountains and attracts multitudes
‘You will leave here transformed because He will touch your life. Amen
And after 36 years of existence
The biggest movement of faith in Brazil prepares for a very special chapter in its story
The Temple of Solomon
A piece of Israel in the heart of Sao Paulo
An audacious project, built to transform lives
From the Meier gazebo, to the old funeral home, to the Temple of Solomon
Faith, dedication and hope
36 years of struggles and achievements
Today, the Universal Church has something to celebrate
But what about you?
How long have you struggled without seeing any results?
