Hello, Bishop Macedo!

My name is Andrea, I have been an Assistant of the UCKG in Vila Valqueire (Rio de Janeiro) for 18 years, and would like to share an experience that made me very happy.

The Temple of Solomon has transformed my family.

Since the beginning of the month, we have been preparing sweets and selling them outside the church to raise funds for the Temple. Since then, even my father, who couldn’t stand the church, has joined the cause. He arrives early, brings his own sweets as a donation, and helps us sell them.

Bishop, you have no idea what this means to a man like him, who has always hated the church and called the pastors thieves. He is an Air Force officer and has always been a very proud person.

We have been together, in this faith, for two Sundays and have decided in our hearts to continue doing this throughout the month of October. When he came home today, he was full of new ideas on how to better our sweets stand.

I am so happy; I just had to share this with you!

I believe that this is the beginning of this man’s transformation and that his soul is now in the hands of God.

Honestly, I’m stunned by his attitude!

Bishop, thank you for always guiding us in the right direction.
