A few years ago, when I was already a member of the Universal Church, a woman, who was also a member, came to me and said that God had shown her that I would not have children because I was sterile. Being that I was still a child in the faith, and not wanting to doubt that this prophecy came from God, I kept to myself. I thought that if this happened it would be because of the mistakes I committed in the past.

Some time later, I moved away from that city and got married. A few months after my wedding, I found out that I had a myoma that grew very rapidly, and the doctor said I was in danger of losing my uterus. That is when I remembered the woman’s words.

I realized it was something evil and fought against it for a year and a half in the faith. A surgery was performed and, thank God, it was successful. My uterus is now perfect. There was no need to remove it, because I did not accept that to happen.

I do not have children because my husband and I chose not to have them. Because we think it is cowardly to bring a child into this disgusting world, and not because we can’t have them.

I remember the woman saying she had the Holy Spirit, but now I know it was a deceiving spirit. Despite having moved from that city, I know she is still in the Church and probably still deceived by the devil, saying that she receives revelations and prophecies.

So, it is not only in other churches that things like this happen, it also happens in the Universal Church.

Thank God, in recent years, He has opened our eyes and used the bishop to warn us about the relentless tricks of the devil. This has caused me to grow, be more understanding and insightful about what is true and what is false, and with it, now I do not allow myself to be fooled by these kinds of deceptions from the devil.
