Pride and rebellion

Imagem de capa - Pride and rebellion

I have been doing the Work of God for 13 years. I was also a pastor of the Universal Church for 3 years. I left the Work of God because I feared for my salvation. Even though I was a pastor, I did not give my life in favor of the sheep. This caused me to be apart from God even though I was on the altar. I asked to leave and now I am an assistant that is saved. Many of my former colleagues left the altar and went to “another” church, and of course, I’m tired of receiving invitations to go there too. They promised to give us a church, car and money. How could they do that? They preached one thing but today, they’re living another! May GOD have mercy on these men.

The problem is that pride and rebellion go together, and when they enter into a person’s heart, it is VERY difficult to remove them.

Oh, Bishop! I have become addicted to faith, lol! I read your comments on Facebook every day and I have mainly learned how to use faith and revolt to resolve the difficult problems in my life. This has renewed my faith every day, because without faith, it is impossible to be successful. I have taken up my cross and gone to war, determined to win. Not to mention that I was almost stopping, disheartened. It was like I was just going through the motion, but thank God and you, I was able to put my faith into action.

Good afternoon, Bishop!

I thank God for your life, because you are part of my life story, and I am “surprised” by your deeds and words every day, which are completely guided by the Holy Spirit. Through you, I learn something new from God every day, even if it is directed at someone else, I take it for myself and try to put it into practice, and I rejoice in God because of this. We can always learn something new for our spiritual growth. God bless you!

When I was broke, desperate, abandoned and humiliated, it was not the television, radio, newspaper, pastor, bishop or anyone else that brought me to the Universal Church. It was a voice that spoke in my ear: “Go to that Church you passed by the other day and it called your attention, in the center of Campina Grande – Brazil.” But I did not go, and my suffering increased. And the voice kept calling me. One day I decided to go. Without knowing anything, I walked in. Today I know that the voice was God, the Universal Church is of God, and that is why I am grateful to Jesus.
