Makes angels spirits

Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire. Psalm 104.4

I have been meditating on this passage, and it seemed strange that God made angels spirits, or messenger spirits.

So I searched the original Hebrew text, and in the original context, the angels do not mean ” beings created in heaven”. He is referring to us, the messengers, as in Revelations, the angels of the church.

And when it says that He makes them “spirits,” it means that God causes us to be moved by the Spirit, this is, by the wind. As when Jesus said that all who are born of the Spirit are moved by the wind (John 3.8).

In Hebrew, wind and spirit are the same word; therefore Psalm 104.4 says, “He moves His messengers like the wind (by the Spirit), His ministers (servants) a flame of fire.”

Thank God, we are like the wind, moved by the Spirit!
