How can we help someone in this situation?

Are words going to be able to separate them?

What would you do if you were in her place?

What about her pastor? What kind of message has he been preaching to his flock?

There’s major drama in my life because I’m someone’s mistress.

I’ve been married for 18 years. I have children, I’m a Christian and I’ve been sleeping with my pastor for the past four years.

I must confess that we’ve tried very hard to stop seeing each other. We’ve tried going our separate ways, but somehow we always end up giving into temptation. We’ve gone months without even touching each other, but something always comes up, bringing us together again.

My husband is a wonderful father, but a lousy husband. He’s very cold and distant. He has almost the same problems with his wife. I’m not proud of the way I’m living, especially, due to the positions we hold.

But there’s such a strong attraction between us that no matter how many times we promise it’ll be the last time, we always end up together again.

I don’t know what to do, but I definitely need help.
