Love that harms

Faith without emotion is the soul’s only hope of rescue. Knowing that, the devil and the demons have done everything in order to divert people’s attention to a more passionate kind of love.
This free, sensational and permissive kind of love attracts people who are moved by emotion. Everything is allowed in the name of love: promiscuity, big age gaps, love of money, love of the world, and so on.
Evil feeds this feeling among people in order to, not only lead them to a damned marriage, but above all to create through them rebellious creatures who will in turn create many other problematic people. The result: social chaos.
In regards to love of money, it’s no different. It’s been responsible for all the injustices in our society.
The rich worry about having more and more, even if it means the death of the starved and the disgrace of the less fortunate.
Indeed, money provides a sense of security and power so great that it causes its victims to forget about the future of their souls. The foolish have surrendered to such passion and despised faith.
But the worst of all is that the power of this “love” has sidetracked the fragile faith of most Christians, including those who have been servants of God for a long time. The spirit of greed invests heavily in this “passionate love” to attract and grab, not only the “rebels” who left its kingdom, but also to produce marriages that will bring forth children for destruction—and, in this aspect, the destruction is massive.
Money itself is not bad, but love of money is! As a servant, money is very faithful; but as a master, it is extremely cruel.
In the same way that it’s not possible to love two women or two men at the same time, it’s impossible for supernatural faith to be divided between two things. It’s not possible to serve two masters…
No one can serve two masters… You can’t serve God and money (Matthew 6.24).
