Light and momentary troubles

No matter how great your reason for falling away from the faith and communion with the Holy Spirit may have been, nothing will ever justify getting divorced from the Lord Jesus Christ.

How is it His fault that one of His supposed servants criticized, judged, hurt, offended, stole, told lies, slept around, betrayed; that is, did something bad that He never taught?

Unfortunately, they fail to understand that the devil is the reason behind them falling away from the faith.

Furthermore, when you reject Jesus, you’re automatically embracing the devil.

The Christian lifestyle has never been, is not and will never be a bed of roses.
Those who think it is, sooner or later, become very disheartened and end up falling away.

If the Lord was betrayed with a kiss, imagine what those who serve Him can expect!

The fact is that the Kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent take possession of it by faith.

Those who are shy, weak and cowardly are excluded on the account of light and momentary troubles.

They easily forget that these are the best times to work on building up their faith. Or do they want to remain immature in the faith for the rest of their life?

And for those who are willing, how can they take possession of the Divine promises left specifically for adults?

This is the promise God left for those who fell away from the faith:

“Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, yet I will not forget you.” Isaiah 49:15

On the last Sunday of this month, September 25th, R Day – Day of Redemption, at all of our Upper Rooms of the Holy Spirit.
