I am thirty-nine years old and I have known the Universal Church for twenty years. The more I know the Church, the more I understand that the number of years you attend Church has nothing to do with the quality of life you have or your communion with God. This is wonderful because it gives those who accept Him today the opportunity to receive a miracle immediately.

It is with great joy that I have worked for the Church’s administrative department for ten years. I follow its development on a daily basis in Portugal, other European countries and Africa. And I have learned so much.

I have a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, a Postgraduate in Taxation, a Masters in Auditing, a Doctorate of Finance and, cumulatively, I am a University Professor. However I must confess, after so many years of studies, I have never learned as much as I have at the Universal Church.

Both, the experts and the curious, say that we are in a crisis. Organizations are doing their best to stay alive. Experts in human resources are doing everything to hire the best, most capable and most professional employees. However, every day companies are closing their doors for good.

I wonder what is the reason for such failure. Aren’t the best employees being hired? What is the reason for such failure?

Executing my administrative duties for the Universal Church allows me to visit other countries. Wherever I go, the situation is the same. The strength of their human resources is the same; I am referring to the bishops and pastors.

There is “something” in them that other company employees do not have. This is why businesses get into trouble. A pastor knows no limits. A pastor does not work a 9 to 5 job, or rely on an employment contract. A pastor is not ashamed of not knowing how to speak a new language. A pastor applies the same strength in doing a meeting for five people, as he does in a concentration of faith for thousands of people.

For those who don’t know, there are pastors who have not studied enough to learn how to read and write properly. It’s true, but I still learn from them and I am not ashamed to admit it. I doubt that any multinational company would hire them to open a branch in another country. However, when the wind blows, there they go, wife in one hand and luggage in the other. So, a new Church is born, grows and remains strong. Would an employee of a large company do the same? Take his wife, pack up his things and leave the very next day? I repeat, there is something in these men that does not exist in employees nowadays.

If companies discovered the formula and put this strength into their employees, they would create warriors instead of employees and produce swords instead of distributing dividends.
And more, if countries discovered the formula and put this strength into their rulers, things would be very different.

I would like to leave a challenge for the organizations that are facing problems in the market: do a benchmarking exercise with the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God. After all, she does not stop growing… and we are in crisis. It can only be supernatural.
