Day 17 of the Fast of Daniel

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. Romans 8:14

In other words: only those who are led by His Spirit are considered His children. Whoever is not led by the Spirit of God is not His child.

This passage leaves no room for doubt. However, the children of this world insist on saying everyone is a child of God.

Because they are guided by the Spirit of God, the children of God have His characteristics.

They are: love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22
