“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD…” Psalms 33.12

There is nothing to fear when we give ears to the Word (voice) of God, because through it all things were made.

“For the word of the LORD is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.” Psalms 33.4-6

When we don’t listen to the Word (voice) of God, other voices then arise that bring with them the fear of economic crisis, losing their job, marriage, loved ones or health due to contagious diseases, etc…

In reality, we should only fear the Lord.

“Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.” Psalms 33.8

When faced with so many problems that generate fear and despair, not even the most ‘powerful and strong’ are free. All the money and power cannot defend them, unless they fear the Lord.

Only God can and wants to free not only the body from its problems, but above all the soul from death.

“Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy, to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.” Psalms 33:18,19

When He spoke to the twelve apostles, the Lord Jesus confirmed this powerful word (voice) of fearing the only One who can save the soul.

“And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10.28

Friend, if you are going through a difficult situation now, and the fear of losing and getting lost has taken hold of you, make a sincere prayer and put God above everything in your life. Surrender yourself to God in body, soul and spirit.

And you shall be saved.
