Fathers and mothers will understand

Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? James 2.21

Imagine that you have to travel unexpectedly and you cannot take your child, who do you trust to leave him with?

– Someone with a questionable character?
– Someone with a history of aggression?
– Someone who does not take care of their own children?

No, there’s no way you would do that. You wouldn’t think to do such a thing!

You would leave him with someone that is reliable, respectable, has a good character, and is therefore worthy of your trust. When you use these standards, you’ll be at peace with your decision.

The same is true about the Altar, and what it offers.
Abraham trusted his son to the Altar.

What the Almighty did in the life of Abraham did not happen by chance.
What difference would it have made if he had faith, but did not trust the Altar of the Author of faith?

Without a doubt, he not only received more than what he asked and imagined, but he continues and will continue to receive until the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Altar multiplies!

This greatness of God is only for those who trust in Him, and those who trust Him remain dependent of the Almighty.

Abraham trusted the Most High, because he trusted in His Altar, and vice versa.

It is not coherent to say that you believe in God, when you do not unconditionally trust His Altar. Everything we need has always been there, even long before we came to this world.

If Abraham trusted his son on Altar, why don’t you trust your past, present and future on the Altar as well?
