Faith and Internet

internet-copy

Everyone has faith, but few use it with intelligence. That’s why there’s so much fanaticism and nonsense in the world.

Many people have access to the internet, but only a few know how to use it wisely. Although it is a powerful form of communication, it has misled many people, especially those who are looking for relationships online.

Just the other day, an American woman met a German man on a dating website. Because they professed the Christian faith, they decided to get married. A few days later she contacted the UCKG in the UK asking for help.

She was going through hell and, worst of all, she didn’t know how to get out of it.

This kind of problem happens in the whole world.

The point is: if it’s difficult enough to find the other half through more conventional ways of dating, what can be said of online dating?

The devil knows that the eyes are the lamp of the soul, and that they interfere in our decisions. In this way, dating websites are real traps, which not only destroy families, but also “build” unhappy homes.

Those who are wise never fall into this trap—even if it is a Christian dating website!

The wise fear the Lord and, because of that, they turn away from evil.
