God will never prevent us from facing daily problems.

He did not prevent Daniel from being thrown into the lions’ den, but He closed the lions’ mouths.

He did not prevent Daniel’s friends from being thrown into the fiery furnace, but He did not allow even one strand of their hair to be burned.

Those who want to have riches should be prepared for persecutions.

“Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time — houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions — and in the age to come, eternal life.” Mark 10.29,30

Those who think that to follow Jesus is to be free from problems are terribly mistaken.

Those who think that to be filled with the Spirit of Peace is to be free from problems are also terribly mistaken.

The peace of the Holy Spirit is inside of us, not on the outside. Regardless of our spiritual or physical blessings, problems will always exist. They are a part of life whether you have God or not. Here on earth, the problems will never end, but one thing is certain: God has given us weapons that are powerful enough to overcome any problem; and we should rejoice in this.

The apostle Paul said to the Christians who lived in Rome, the capital of sin:

“And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” Romans 5:2-4

In other words, we should rejoice in our daily problems in the same way that we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.

Our daily problems teach us perseverance, encourage us to use our faith and keep our hope.

This is how supernatural faith is materialized.

It’s in the desert that mere men become servants of God.

If the Lord Jesus Himself had to be taken to the desert by the Holy Spirit to be prepared, how can we avoid it?

Faith is not a tool to be used only to achieve great things. It should also be used as a weapon of defense.
