Ecumenism in disguise

Beware, we want to call the attention of all true Christians. Be careful with ecumenism in disguise!

The election war has ended and the Kingdom of God came out on the losing end. That’s because we saw some, supposedly converted, leaders joining forces with certain roman leadership in order to gain favor for the candidate of the elite. If they surrendered themselves to the Lord Jesus the same way they embraced this political campaign, they’d never, nor would they at any time, submit to such heresy.

The severity of the problem isn’t that they did this for their own personal interests, but because they put them above the interests of the Kingdom of God. A servant of God serves Jesus, not himself. My Father will honor the one who serves me. John 12:26. After seeing the results of the election, the question now is: where’s the honor of the old prophets?

According to their vocation, a pastor is obliged to sacrifice himself in order to lead his flock to green pastures. That’s our duty before God and the world. It’s not to open the door of the sheepfold and allow the helpless sheep to wander into a pack of wolves.

Meanwhile, when a crowd of many thousands had gathered, so that they were trampling on one another, Jesus began to speak first to his disciples, saying: “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy”. Luke 12.1
