Day 7 of the Fast of Daniel

Signs of the Spirit

There is no room for doubt when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit takes place;

Even if all the voices of the world joined in chorus with hell to deny that it happened,

Nothing, absolutely nothing, is able to diminish the Voice from Above in the innermost depths of the soul;

The sweet and strong voice of the Lord Jesus Christ silences all others with the fullness of peace of mind;

An unexplainable peace, followed by a joy in the soul.

These signs are unmistakable, evident and characteristics of the baptism with the Holy Spirit.

It is difficult to find words to describe such an experience.

How do you describe the flavor of an appetizing meal?

How do you describe the love you feel for someone?

How do you explain something supernatural with words?

How do you explain the Almighty, Lord of Heaven and the entire Universe living inside a mortal?

How do you explain the Infinite inside the finite?

A bath gives you a sense of relief and clean body;

The baptism in water gives you relief and purity of the soul;

During the baptism with the Holy Spirit, the water is the Spirit of God;

The Baptizer is the Lord Jesus Christ and,

The candidate is the repentant sinner.

You can only assess the Seal of God once you have tasted the Manna.

There are no words or melodies to describe Him…

One thing is certain: peace and joy flow like torrents of water from the innermost part of your soul,

It is so impetuous that it becomes impossible to fight back the tears and laughter of joy;

Rivers of living water flow throughout all of your being;

Your lips are unable to keep up with the joy in your heart;

This takes place when someone is sealed as a new person,

A Heavenly person.

But, do not forget: For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones”. Isaiah 57.15
