President Dilma Rousseff was greeted by Bishop Edir Macedo, leader of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG) and owner of Rede Record, Record group’s president, Alexandre Raposo, vice president of broadcast journalism, Douglas Tavolaro and the president of Record’s Corporate Relations, Marcos Pereira on Saturday, the 1st of January.

The meeting with President Dilma Rousseff happened during a private reception that took place after she was sworn in on the second floor of the Planalto Palace in Brasilia, where foreign dignitaries such as secretary of the United States, Hillary Clinton, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and other heads of state were also present.
