Afraid of what?

Imagem de capa - Afraid of what?

The first feeling of fear that man experiences isn’t getting sick, starving, being homeless or not achieving something. The first feeling of fear is: being alone.

Observe a newborn, whose little eyes aren’t even open enough to see the face of the person who just gave birth to him, but, he will stop crying as soon as someone holds him in their arms, whether its his parents or a complete stranger, because that feeling of loneliness will have disappeared.

Unfortunately this feeling will accompany every human being, until their last breath: the fear of being alone.

However, when we want to be alone with God, He requires us to be voluntarily “alone”. But this is only possible through our Voluntary Sacrifice to surrender our “will”, everyone we love and everything we possess.

Jacob learned this wonderful secret about Sacrificing to be alone with God – from his grandfather Abraham (Friend of God) and his father Isaac (son of Promise). And he had to be alone with God also; otherwise, he would be alone forever. “…Then Jacob was left alone…” Genesis 32.24

In fact, all the heroes of Faith had to sacrifice by themselves to be alone with God, even the Lord Jesus… “My soul is troubled.” John 12.20-33

God works individually with each person because everybody is different. Also, the Divine reward is according to our works, this means our individual works. Therefore, during the Final Judgment, everyone, without exceptions, will be judged individually.

My dear reader, don’t be afraid of being alone because of your Voluntary Sacrifice to be alone with God, because your transformation from your earthly life to eternal life depends on overcoming this fear.
