YOU HAVE TO "PUSH YOURSELF" IF YOU WANT TO ADVANCE

This expression translates what we need to learn to do every day

In English, there is the expression “push yourself”, which in Portuguese can lose some of its meaning in translation. This expression can be translated as “strive” or closer to the original “push yourself”.

This expression translates what we need to learn to do every day, which is the opposite of living in our comfort zone. Living in the comfort zone is when we look for a condition in life, in every way (emotional, physical, financial, relationship, spiritual), to settle for that.

Human beings tend to save energy and seek as little effort as possible in daily activities. But when we make the least effort, the body gets sick. This is what happens to people who, because of their sedentary bodies, sleep poorly, are overweight or have no physical disposition. When we do physical exercises, we demand more of ourselves. So, we practice the “push yourself”. You have to “push yourself”.

If you want to achieve goals in your life, there is no other way. Listen to this message and understand its importance.
