To those who lost a son or daughter
To you who lost a child and haven’t been able to cope with the loss; you forgot to live and gave yourself over to sadness – with all my respect and understanding. It’s a hard thing for a mother or father to bury their child.
However, there will come a time when you will have to think: as you cry, and lament, you are wasting that which your child loved and lost – life.
The best way to deal with the pain is to decide not to waste what your child lost. Live a life that will honor their memory.
Pain is a choice.
My prayers go out to you today. God bless you and help heal you on the inside.
