TO EVERYONE WHO HAS ALREADY THOUGHT "LIFE IS TOO SHORT": Make sure you hear this.

You have a choice to make daily; which one will be yours?

I’m sure you’ve ever felt the frustration that life is too short to enjoy everything it offers. Have you ever thought that you will not have enough years to know all the places you would like to know, to find all the people you would like to meet, to eat all the foods you would like to taste, to learn all the subjects you would like to study? You won’t have time. Time is unforgivable, and you notice it when you look in the mirror in the morning.

Now, do you know why we have this feeling? I’ll tell you: it’s because we weren’t created to live for only 80, 90 or 100 years; we were created to live for eternity. We were not designed to live a limited life but eternally with God.

But do you know what shortens life? What made the human being mortal? It was sin. The Word of God says: “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). So, sin is the actual blockage of life. When people live according to their own will, they end their own lives. However, God has already solved this problem (only for those who believe in the Lord Jesus, who gave Himself for our sins). The only proof of true faith is not what you know from the Bible; it is not the rituals, it is not religious affiliation, but, yes, obedience to His Word; it is when you do, in your daily life, what you say you believe.

So, here, in this world, when the peace of God enters you, you no longer feel that life is too short. It’s as if you had a preview of Heaven. You don’t get anxious anymore. If you can do what you want in this world, thank God. And if you can’t do it, that’s fine too. You will never again feel that life is short here on Earth. On the contrary, you start to think that life is too long because you can’t wait to leave. Those who have known eternity know that this world does not compare to what God has prepared for us.

I so wanted you to have this peace inside you. I wanted you to know this eternity, and I can’t (but talk about it to you). But you have the right to continue doing your will or to say: “I will believe in the Lord Jesus, and I will live according to His Word”. The choice, in the end, is yours to make.
