There is a generation that is pure in its own eyes, Yet is not washed from its filthiness. Proverbs 30:12

To be convinced that some thing is right, but in truth it’s wrong. To think that a certain way is good, but it will lead you to destruction. To have a set and unmovable position about something, but you’re actually totally wrong and deceiving yourself.

It’s easier than you can imagine.

That’s why we have to keep our minds open and be level headed, so that we don’t find ourselves sincerely wrong.

A heavy dose of humility also helps.
