In this chapter, there is one thing that Jesus leaves very clear: there are only two types of people in the world.

• Those who receive His message and those who question it (like Nicodemus.)
• Those who are merely skin and bones, due to their parents sexual encounter, and those who are spirit, fruit of the work of God inside of them
• Those who accept Him and those who reject Him
• Those who believe in Him and those who don’t
• Those who love the light and those who love the darkness
• Those who will be saved because they are with Him, and those who will be condemned because they are not

The ones who divide the two groups are people themselves, through choices. The greatest power that exists in the world, in your world, is the power to choose. Not even God can interfere with the power you have. The devil can’t annul that power either, (even though he tries with all his strength to make you believe that there’s no way out but for the option he presents you.)

The question is:

Who is Jesus to you, have you taken a definite decision?

Have you decided what to do in regards to what He said – ignore or follow?

The power to decide is there in your hands, right now. Please don’t say you didn’t have a choice.

Lord my God, I thank you and accept the greatest gift I could receive, Your Son Jesus. I believe in Him and accept His message. Work in me so I can be born of the Spirit, and become someone who’s born of God. From now on I want to walk in Your light, to ask You for forgiveness for all my mistakes, and to have the salvation of my soul in order to live with You eternally. Amen.
