Be like everybody else, follow the crowd.
Accept your situation.
Don’t strive for anything ambitious.
Don’t try out new ideas.
Try to please everyone.
Always agree with your boss, even when you know he is wrong.
Never do anything that attracts attention to you.
Be afraid to make mistakes.
See failure as something bad, not a valuable lesson.

If you break these rules you may just stand out from the crowd and be harshly criticized. You probably don’t want that.
