HOW TO FIND HAPPINESS IN AN UNEXPECTED WAY

This is a piece of wisdom advice for you to achieve happiness and success

Listen very carefully to the advice of wisdom. Wisdom, in the Bible, is a symbol of the Spirit of God. If you meditate on chapters 8 and 9 of the book of Proverbs, you will hear the voice of wisdom itself.

Check out some examples: “Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoever finds me finds life, and obtains favor from the Lord. But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; all those who hate me love death” (Proverbs 8:34-36).

In summary, what this Word is saying is that there is a paradox (a conflict between ideas): the more human beings seek pleasure, the more pain they find. So the opposite is also true: the more discipline they seek, the more pleasure they find.

Human beings think that their goal in life is to be happy. You see people creating catchphrases: “If it makes you happy, go for it.” So people believe it without question, they go in search of pleasures. They think, “What will bring me happiness? Is it sexual pleasure? So, I’m going to give myself to people.” And this extends to money, to food (what has more fat, what is sweeter). But then come the consequences, the problems. The pursuit of pleasure brings pain. That’s what the wisdom of God says. But human beings are deaf.

And what brings joy? It’s subjecting yourself to discipline, to the rules for your life. For example, time to sleep, time to wake up, rules for money, relationships and so on. Discipline brings joy because its results are better: you have more money in the bank, you have a good reputation and you have more peace. Think about it and watch the video above.
