FAMILY: PROTECT YOURS OR LOSE IT!

In times of attack on Christian values, it is time for each head of the family to position themselves spiritually.

We are living in days when the family has become a target. It’s not an exaggeration. Just look at what has happened in recent times, including during the Carnival: attacks on faith, the Word of God and Christian principles have become increasingly explicit.

That’s why I want to call you to think about it. If you have a family, protect yours. Because there are those who don’t have it and want to have it. But, unfortunately, there are also those who don’t have it and don’t want anyone to have it – and still work to destroy theirs.

So let’s understand two fundamental truths.

First truth: God is family and created the family

First of all, you need to understand something basic: God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. In other words, God is family. In addition, the Bible itself calls us children of God. It was He who instituted the family on Earth.

Therefore, when someone attacks the family, they are not just questioning a social model. They are affronting a divine principle.

When you understand this, you begin to see the family not as a cultural construction, but as a heavenly project.

Second truth: evil hates the family

On the other hand, there is a second truth that cannot be ignored: the devil has no family. He is a divisor. He works to separate, fragment and put against each other.

And that’s exactly why the family becomes one of his main targets.

When you put these two truths together – God created and values the family; evil hates and wants to destroy it – you begin to understand what is happening in the world today.

It’s not just about ideology. It’s not just about politics. The root is spiritual.

Nehemiah’s lesson: fight for the house

In the Book of Nehemiah, chapter 4, we find a powerful lesson. Nehemiah, who was the king’s servant, received authorisation to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. However, he faced opposition, mockery and threats.

So, what did he do?

The text says that he organised the people by families and put each head of the house to fight with sword, spear and bow in front of the part of the wall that protected their own.

In other words, he didn’t just put workers in front of stones. He put parents before the protection of their wives, children and homes.

In addition, he declared:

“Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome, and fight for your brethren, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses.” (Nehemiah 4:14)

Notice: he didn’t just say “to work”. He said “fight”.

Today’s walls are invisible

In the past, protecting the family meant building physical walls, locking doors and ensuring material safety.

Today, however, the attacks are more subtle. They enter through the mobile phone screen. They invade by culture, by discourses that promote the division between men and women, between parents and children. However, the truth is that a divided house does not exist.

The bad knows that. Therefore, it invests in dividing to conquer. It puts fathers against children, men against women, brothers against brothers. Then, just watch the chaos.

Don’t play the division game

If the goal is to divide, then the answer should be to unite.

Instead of entering into ideological wars, strengthen your home. Instead of outsourcing responsibility, take on your spiritual role.

Everyone must fight for their family.

If you have a husband, wife,or children, fight for them. If you don’t have a family yet, the Word promises that God makes the solitary live in families.

But be careful: don’t expect the world to protect what God has instituted. There are forces working against it. That’s why you need to position yourself.

A call to families

It is for this reason that on Good Friday, April 3, the event “At The Foot Of The Cross” will be held, a collective cry in favour of families.

If you value your family, don’t be indifferent. Get up spiritually. Build walls. Set limits. Reinforce principles. Pray together. Walk together.

Because, in the end, if you don’t fight for your house, someone will fight against it.

This video is a warning for those who have family and do not want to lose them due to carelessness.

Watch until the end and reflect: Are you really protecting your home?
