Tough old world

We live in a world of illusions and lies. Hollywood, for example, influences and fills the hearts of many people with fantasies that deceive them. Add to it the multitude of religions—which, in the name of faith, focus on their own interests. That’s why people find it difficult to distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil. As a result, they end up making the wrong choices.
On the other hand, people who are sincere and have good character are thirsty—thirsty for a pure and genuine love; thirsty for justice, truth and salvation. And the Lord promised to pour upon them His Spirit in order to guide them in all the areas of their lives: spiritual, emotional and physical. Spiritually first, emotionally second, and finally, physically. This sequence is extremely important if you want to be happy. The Kingdom of God should always come first.
People tend to seek first the solution of their physical problems, such as family, love life, financial or health problems. In fact by faith, all of these problems can be solved—even without any commitment to God. Yet the solution to your problems does not guarantee that you will receive the fullness of life promised by God—this can only happen after you have an encounter with God. Jesus brought Lazarus back from the dead, yet he died again; He fed over 20 thousand people, yet they became hungry again. In other words, circumstantial problems can be solved through faith, yet there will always be more problems…
Whoever wants to enjoy the fullness of life must submit to the lordship of Jesus above all things. Otherwise, you will never be happy.
