THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
The instability of many arises from the lack of choice between two paths.
Stop for a moment and reflect: the life that God created is formed by opposites. There is the hot and the cold, the light and the darkness, the effort and the laziness. In other words, everything points to two sides – and, inevitably, you will have to choose not to be divided.
Between sacrifice and benefit
On one side is the sacrifice: pay the price now to harvest later. On the other hand, the desire to receive effortlessly. And here is the mistake of many today: they want the immediate benefit, but reject the process.
As a result, they live frustrated and without consistency.
Feel or think?
In addition, there is another duality: reason and emotion. Feeling is easy and immediate. Thinking requires effort.
Therefore, most follow what they feel – and end up making impulsive decisions. Those who use reason build a more stable life, because they decide with conscience.
The problem of living between two sides
The big problem is not choosing wrong, but not choosing. Many people try to live between God and their own will. You want the right thing, but you don’t give up the wrong.
Result? A lukewarm, unstable life full of ups and downs.
The Bible shows this when the prophet Elijah confronted the people and asked: “How long are you going to be faltering between two thoughts?”
This indecision paralyses. The person doesn’t advance.
To choose is to give up on something
Every choice requires giving up. You can’t have everything. Those who try to embrace all paths end up without direction.
In practice, those who decide firmly progress. Those who hesitate remain in the same place.
The price comes before
If you want results, understand: the price is paid before.
Work comes before salary.
Sacrifice comes before the conquest.
Those who want to reverse this order get frustrated.
The decision is yours
Therefore, you can no longer live divided.
If God is God, follow Him. If not, take another path – but decide.
Because staying on the fence is also a choice. And it has cost a lot of people.
The question continues: how long will you stay between two thoughts?
